For Good Health Practice Yoga

Yoga, has been practiced from older days as we know. The history of yoga can be found
in Rig Veda which contains the songs and the vedic priests. It accomplished through
self-knowledge, Jnana yoga etc. From these yoga techniques, modern yoga positions and principles were found.

There are different types of Bhakti yoga, Karma Yoga, Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Swara Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Mantra Yoga.These yoga have its own special characteristics. Yoga can cure different diseases like Asthma, Heart diseases, Back pain, obesity, cold etc.

Yoga can be done by kids also. But not every type of yoga can be used for children.
Some program has created some gentle poses and breathing exercise for kids. Yoga for kids have many benefits, it improve the physical and general health, mental health and to helping to treat specific illnesses and conditions.

Yoga can really gives benefits to our health. If you are in stress, then you can
practice yoga, it will reduce the tension. Medical scientists believe that yoga
creates balance between nervous and the endocrine system. Yoga is also helpful to
women, it will reduce the back pain, neck pain, weight loss, body shaping and asthma.

So people, dont forget to practice yoga and make sure you practice yoga in a regular
and systematic manner.
